• CLEAN CAFFEINE WITH GREEN TEA: TROOV is a better alternative than other sugar-filled energy drinks and high-stimulant pre-workouts on the market. We use no added sugar in our drinks and the only source of caffeine is from fully brewed green tea. We use green tea primarily as a source of slow-release caffeine (125 mg) because we want to give you an energy + focus boost without the crash. Green Tea is able to do this because of the naturally occurring L-Theanine.
• INCREASED EFFICIENCY: We also include a clinical dosage (2,400mg) of naturally occurring amino acid L-Citrulline (plant-based) in our beverages to help optimize the nitric oxide pathway and increase flow to the muscles. In the dosage we use, this ingredient is shown to improve muscle strength, endurance, and revival. It has also been shown to decrease muscle soreness.
• INCREASED PERFORMANCE: Another key ingredient we use is Fermented Beetroot.
